Tags

Besides being able to track the expiration date of a document or certification, you might also need to group them based on a specific criteria or track the progress or stays of it. For these scenarios, you might want to tag the expiration or label it with a specific content or color so you know later on what's going to maybe do search and filtering.

For these cases we created the Tags feature. Tags allows you to tag expiration items with specific labels and colors depending on your needs. You can have as many tags configured in the system.

What can be tag?

Any expiratio item can be tag. Expiration items can also have multiple tags attached to it.

Search and filtering

You can also search and filter expirations based on tags defined in the system. You can do so from the search bar on the expirations screen or directly from the dashboard.
