Email templates by contact type and location

With the ability to configure email templates by contact type and location you're now able to specify specific email templates to be sent for different contact types or for different locations. This allows you to have more control on the content of the emails send to different contacts.

This can be used for example to send a different email template to contacts that are customers and a different email to contacts with a type of employee. You can also send a different email template for location that handles a specific set of users.
